Exchange & Returns
Can I exchange my order?
If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item(s) in their unopened, original packaging and condition. Once received, we will contact you to confirm approval. You will be credited the balance amount in the form of store credit, which will enable you to purchase a replacement item quickly and seamlessly. The voucher will have a 12-month validity period.
Can I return/refund an item?
To qualify for a return or refund, all items (including promotional gifts) must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unopened, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original order confirmation. Please include all accessories, manuals, and bundled items. Refunds will be processed excluding the original shipping cost and may take up to 14 working days.
Receiving a refund
Refunds are processed only after returned items have been approved. Store credit will be the primary refund method, and items with damaged packaging may incur a restocking fee. The full refund value will be credited to your Expert Audio Account, where you can manage and use it for future purchases. Applicable taxes will be refunded, but shipping costs and customs fees are non-refundable.
Our Policy
To qualify for a return or refund, all products must be returned in new and unused condition, with all protective materials intact (if applicable). This includes all packaging, accessories, and authenticity cards. We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the product shows signs of use, alteration, or damage.
If a return is approved but the product has been opened, used, or damaged, we may reduce the refund amount accordingly. You will be notified if we propose to adjust your refund for these reasons. Alternatively, you may choose to have the item returned to you at your expense.

Shipping & Delivery
Can I pick up my purchase from your showroom?
Yes, you can collect your purchase from our showroom at no additional cost. Orders are available for pickup within 48 hours of confirmation, pending product availability and credit verification. The order will be handed over to the cardholder responsible for the purchase.

If we determine that replacing your unit is the best solution, we will recommend this option. Our knowledgeable and experienced staff are here to assist you throughout the process. Costs & Charges
Entry-Level Brands: AVRs and 2-Channel Audio
- Diagnostic Charge: AED 350 – This fee covers the inspection and diagnosis of issues with the AVR or 2-channel audio system. It is non-refundable.
- Service Charges: AED 250 (Refundable) – If the device requires service and you choose to proceed, this amount will be credited towards the service cost.
High-End Brands
- Diagnostic Report with Quotation: AED 600 – This fee includes a detailed diagnostic report and a quotation for any necessary repairs or replacements. This charge is non-refundable, regardless of whether you choose to proceed with the service.
- If the repair can be completed using only a few general components, we will carry out the repair for the prices outlined above.
