Item Categories that Cannot be Refunded or Exchanged

Can I Exchange My Order?
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow these steps:
- Return the original item(s) in their unopened, original packaging and condition.
- Upon receipt, we will confirm approval and issue store credit.
- The store credit will be valid for 12 months, facilitating the purchase of a replacement item.
Can I Return/Refund an Item?
To qualify for a return/refund:
- All item(s) must be returned within 14 days of order receipt.
- The item(s) must be unopened and in their original packaging and condition.
- Include the original order confirmation, accessories, manuals, and bundled items.
- Returned items will be credited excluding the original shipping cost and may take up to 14 working days to process.
Premium, Elite & Limited Edition Collections
Premium, Elite, and Limited Edition Collections must be returned unused, with the plastic protective cover on the units, unopened, and in their original packaging, including the warranty, presentation box, and any additional packaging.
Receiving a Refund
- Refunds are processed after approved item(s) have been received.
- Store credit is the primary refund method.
- Items with damaged original packaging may incur a restocking fee.
- The full refund value will be credited to your Expert Audio Account.
- Shipping costs and customs fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds of applicable taxes will be provided.
- If paid using Postpay, refunds will follow the vendor’s terms and conditions.
Our Policy
- Products must be returned in a new and unused state within 14 days.
- All protective materials, packaging, accessories, and authenticity cards must be included.
- We reserve the right not to accept a return/refund if the product shows signs of use, alteration, or damage.
- Reductions may be made if the product(s) have been opened, used, or damaged.
- You will be informed if a refund reduction is proposed.
- Items should be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
